History

Faith Fellowship was conceived by the prayers of three women.  Beverly Bates, Donna Nelson and Cheryle Spicer met one evening around Bev’s kitchen table to discuss what the Lord had placed upon their hearts.  On that January evening in 2005 the Holy Spirit placed these individuals together for the purpose of being led to begin a fellowship of believers of like mind.  Their purpose was to come together with a heart for God and to be used to bring the message of salvation to their families and their community.  An invitation went out to folks that they knew were not attending any other church and on February 11, 2005, through the grace of God they were able to obtain the use of the former Faith Baptist Church located on US 2 in Crystal Falls.  Twelve souls attended the service led by Curt and Cheryle Spicer. Since that first Sunday, Faith Fellowship was given its’ official name.  Within one year and a half the congregation out grew the “the little stone church”. Faith Fellowship temporarily met at the Crystal Theater and then the VFW. Faith Fellowship was able to obtain an agreement with Arnold Ahlberg to lease his building for two years with an option to purchase it.  On December 24, 2007 after putting forth a lot of elbow grease and time, the members had their first Service in their new place of worship.  Over 80 people attending their first service. Curt and Cheryle Spicer were ordained as the Pastors of the church on Sunday, November 26, 2006.  Faith Fellowship Bible Church is a nondenominational church.
